I'm sorry! The first week I was on holiday, so I ate tons of much, but did lots of walking
The second week I went through withdrawal and only ate veg and healthy stuff
This week I have been exercising more, and making healthy choices. For example, yesterday my brothers had ham and ketchup buns, crisps and a chocolate bar. I had a bowl of veggie rice, and a "Shape" yogurt. Good huh?
This coming week, I will be GOOD! Georie especially is motivating me :)
I don't like my fatty bits, fat arms, or love handles :(
that's great good luck with your healthy weeks :) I don't need to lose weight because I'm skinny but I nearly never eat unhealthy things only sometimes which is probably ice cream :P X
