Musical Theatre

Ever since I was 3 years old, my mum and I, have been going to the theatre every year. So far, I have seen (in order)
-The Nutcracker
-The Lion King
- Joseph
-Haispray
-Blood Brothers
-Starlight express
-Wicked
-Aladdin (she was the genie, I had to go! )
-Jesus Christ Superstar

Here are a few of my favourite songs from my top 5 shows!

5. I love this song so much! It's from Jesus Christ Superstar, and makes me happy every time I hear it!

4. I had to perform this song on my own, in my secondary school show. I just lurve it! Hairspray :)

3. This song reminds me of exactly what I was like! It's from Blood Brothers.

2. Idina Menzel's vocals make me all shivery. I love the message of this song so much! I have this one on my iPod.

1. Joseph! Red. yellow. green. brown. scarlet. black. ocah. peach. ruby. olive. violet. fawn. lilac. gold. chocolate. mauve. cream and crimson and silver and rose. azure and lemon and russet and grey. purple and white and pink orange and blue. Yeah I know it! xx

    Ummagosh! I know this is an old post, but please read this anyway, Molly. I was going to say that I love that Hairspray song, wven though I HATED Hairspray when I was younger. Also, Wicked is pretty much my favourite musical EVER! IN Australia there is this thing called the Schools' Spectacular (NSW - I don't live there : ( unfortunately) but me and my little sister watched them perform this song OVER and over until we learned it. I'd like to say I like Jesus Christ Superstar (we saw it at school) but I just find it plain politically (and religiously) incorrect! Have you seen the Mary Poppins musical too? Thanks!
