I will now tell you THE most important thing that has happened so far this year. IT SNOWED! Not much, but IT SNOWED ON FRIDAY WHILE I WAS AT YOUTH CLUB AND EVERYONE RAN OUT TO EAT IT AND IT GOT JACOBS iPHONE WET AND, AND, AND... breathe. BUT IT WAS THE MOST BEAUTIFUL THING ALL YEAR APART FROM THE SNOW IN JANUARY AND THIS WAS ONLY A SHORT POST CAUSE NOW I'M OFF IN THE SHOWER CAUSE I'M A SKANK!
WOW!!! And I REALLY mean WOW. I've never seen snow in my whole (but pretty short) entire life. I live in Australia, so it only ever snows down in Canberra (that's the ACT) and Victoria (but no snow as far east as Melbourne). Because I'm further north, well, it doesn't really happen. I always look at the beautifully illustrated Christmas books and dream about it. But I'd never give up my Christmas Day water-fights and play-wrestling between my ZILLION (exaggeration) cousins.
ReplyDeleteYou are pretty lucky to be home-schooled. In primary I'd have killed for that, but now I have FRIENDS!!! Happy All Hallows Eve (Halloween!) for the 31st!
This sounds weird, but I've always wanted to see a SUNNY Christmas. Since I'm English, our year consists of rain and clouds, with the REALLY hot two or three weeks in Summer! My dad has sixty something cousins :) I have... (one, two, three, um...) 7 cousins! Happy Halloween, although I don't celebrate it :) we celebrate the complete opposite, the festival of light, 'cause we are Christian!
DeleteOh, and I went to secondary school, but I kinda gt driven crazy by the bullies, THEN my best friend went to live in Cambridgeshire (15 hours away)
DeleteI don't celebrate Halloween either, but I thought it was fitting to put it on the post in case someone did. And how hot do you mean by hot in summer. It is only the start of spring but there have been some days up to 34 degrees celcius. It will probably get to 30 on Christmas day and be really hot and humid, with a thunderstorm at the evening (or at least REALLY bucketing). My 'zone' is subtropical, so summer is our wet season! I'm sorry to hear about the bullies. That kind of happened to me in primary school, and in my final year there was a new kid who spent all year stealing my friends (well, anyone who I had a chance of convincing to be my friend...)and she also was copying my work, telling tales on me and generally making me feel bad about myself. And in grade 6 I had one of the wort teachers EVER we learnt nothing, and he did nothing about any arguments. He didn't even tell of a girl who HIT me. In my last 2 years I cannot count how many times I asked my mum to change me to the second-closest Catholic school. But my high school is really strict (and full of dorks, geeks and maths/music/english freaks) so fun, fun, FUN! And that probably bored you, so bye.
