So a lot of you guys wont know what Doctor Who is. It's a VERY English TV series that has been going on for 50 years now. There have been 11 different Doctor's so far.
He is a "time lord", who has a TARDIS... Time And Relative Dimensions In Space. Basically, it can travel in time and space.
(I didn't realise how complicated this would be to explain)
The Doctor usually takes a human companion with him. This series, Matt Smith is joined by Jenna Louise Coleman, who plays Clara Oswald, his new assistant.
Basically, they fight monsters and aliens and whatnot. On the second row, there are three of my favourite monsters/aliens.
1: Vashda Nerada. They live in the shadows... well, create a second shadow to everything, as if there are two suns. They eat your flesh as soon as you step into one.
2: Waters of Mars. These have been said to be a bit too scary for children. But HEY! They live... well, on mars.
3: The Empty Child. This child was hit by a bomb, but nanogenes, alien nurses basically, assumed his mask was part of him, and tried to "heal" everybody by giving them his injuries.

Oh, I used to watch Doctor Who when it was the guy with the curly hair! I think it was pretty cool, even though I was about 6 and didn't really get it. I have also seen a couple of episodes of The Sarah Jane Adventures because my cousins have Quickflix (an internet video subscription which allows you to watch selected episodes of selected tv shows from selected networks/countries) and it was pretty good as it was the same genre. Have you ever seen Red Dwarf? It is sci-fi/total-nonsense? Australia often gets some of the BBC shows once they've been aired.
ReplyDeleteI love it :3 The curly haired one is probably Tom Baker, the 4th Doctor. The Sarah Jane Adventures is a spinoff of Doctor Who... Sarah Jane used to be one of the Doctor's companions. I've never seen Red Dwarf, but I've heard of it xx
